Why is a payout pending?

A payout stays pending while the withdrawal is still being processed. Pending is not the same as paid.
What to do
- Open Wallet withdrawals and read the status on that request.
- Check the processing note for the method you chose.
- Wait for the status to change to a completed or failed result before assuming the money moved.
Eligibility
Bank, mobile-money, and crypto payouts depend on the provider path for that method. Jimvio does not publish a guaranteed arrival time on the support page.
If something goes wrong
- Refreshing the wallet does not accelerate a provider.
- A ticket cannot mark a pending payout as paid.
Open a ticket with the withdrawal reference if the status has not changed and the wallet gives no next step.
