How do I receive eligible seller payouts?

Request a withdrawal from the wallet after earnings are available, using a payout method you have added.
What to do
- Open Wallet and confirm an available balance.
- Add a payout method if you have not: bank transfer, mobile money, cryptocurrency, or Binance ID, when those options are shown.
- Submit the withdrawal and read the processing note for that method.
Eligibility
A payout request is not paid until its status says so. Support cannot mark it paid from a ticket.
If something goes wrong
- If the button is unavailable, the balance may be pending or the account may need verification.
- A failed payout stays failed until the wallet shows a new result.
If a request fails, open a ticket with the withdrawal reference from the wallet, not your full bank or card number.
