How do I handle stream interruptions?

If the stream drops, rejoin the same session after you check the network and device permissions.
What to do
- Note whether the room still says live.
- Reconnect and allow the camera again.
- Tell viewers in chat if you return.
- Start a new session only if the old one has ended.
Eligibility
Jimvio does not keep a dropped connection alive. Viewers may need to refresh.
If something goes wrong
- A phone call can take the camera away on mobile.
- Wi-Fi drops are a local network issue.
Use the audio and video article if you reconnect but stay silent or black.
