How do I update a digital product?

Edit the digital product in seller tools and replace the file or URL, then save.

What to do

1. Open the listing.
2. Replace the file or access details.
3. Save. New buyers receive the updated file.

Eligibility

Updating a file does not automatically rewrite every past order unless the access link is the same URL you changed. Tell buyers in your own notes if they need a new copy.

If something goes wrong

• A failed upload keeps the previous file.
• Price changes apply to new checkouts.

If buyers of record cannot see a file you replaced, ticket the product id.
