How do I view order status?

Order status is on the order page after you sign in.
What to do
- Open Orders.
- Select the purchase.
- Read the status and any shipment note stored there.
Eligibility
Buyers see their orders. Sellers see orders for their listings in seller or commerce tools.
If something goes wrong
- An empty list means that account has no matching paid order.
- Storefront account orders are under that store’s account area when you bought on a seller storefront.
Use tracking information only when the order shows it.
