Why might verification be required?

Jimvio asks for verification when an action needs a confirmed identity or business, such as selling physical products or receiving certain payouts.
What to do
- Read the notice on the page that blocked the action.
- Open Identity verification and complete the requested check.
- Return to the original action only after the status shows it is allowed.
Eligibility
Not every account needs every check. Browsing the marketplace does not require business verification.
If something goes wrong
- A completed profile is not the same as a passed verification.
- Paying a verification fee does not guarantee approval if the review is declined.
If the status stays pending longer than the page indicates, open a ticket with the verification reference shown in the product.
